Thomas A. Piette

With over 25 years of civil litigation experience, Attorney Piette practices in the areas of insurance defense, complex litigation, insurance coverage litigation, construction defect litigation, environmental coverage litigation and premises liability.

He has represented insurance companies, self-insured entities and individuals before state and federal trial and appellate courts and mediation and arbitration panels. He has represented insurance companies and policyholders regarding policy interpretation issues and has assisted self-insured entities in drafting contract language. He is admitted to practice in the State of Wisconsin, the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin and the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals.
