Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Mediation Attorneys

Attorneys Monte E. Weiss and Kristen S. Scheuerman have both committed a portion of their respective practices to helping attorneys and parties resolve their claims through various forms of ADR. Both Attorney Weiss and Attorney Scheuerman have served on arbitration panels and both offer their services as mediators.

Because of Attorney Weiss’ specialized focus on insurance coverage issues, he is also available for appointment as a special master or referee if the parties to a case stipulate to his involvement.
